What was the first thing you saw that made you want to be a skater?

Someone doing an ollie air.

What were the best trips you went on, thanks to skateboarding?

Maybe one of the first ones in Switzerland with my pirates friends when we slept outside, and we were not scared cause we had our boards. The desert of Mongolia was good too...

How is it to hang out with the rest of the team?

Everyone is really nice and that’s a point to be in the team. We are happy to meet after going in some others trips...

What story could you tell about some Vans trips with them?

There’re so many but the big bus of the Roll With Us tour was pretty fun. We were so tired, laughing, crazy... The borders were funny and stressfull to pass, he he!

How is your daily life like?

I’m working in the morning at the ANTIZ office, taking care of every differents stuff about the company, and then I skate in the afternoon and go to the metal bar: the Rock’n Eat.

A perfect day, what would it be like?

Wake up in the top of a mountain, in my own house with my private concrete bowl, and then some crazy skaters come to visit me and make the best session ever, we would have a BBQ, watch the sunset, go swim in the river and meet a nice girl I would stay with. I would also land a trick that I always wanted to do...

You’re famous for not hesitating when it comes to jump on rails, what’s the craziest thing you ever did?

Not a long time ago I've skated a 17 stairs rail (french one not american). It’s pretty exciting to slide that long time...

How did you choose the name “Antiz” for your skate company?

In the name ANTIZ, the word “anti” is important to me relating it to skateboarding and in french it sounds like haunted, it could represents the fear of skateboarding too, it’s short, and it starts with an “A” and finish with a “Z”.

Who is your favourite French singer?

Renaud when he was young and Serge Gainsbourg.

Which feeling/trick is the best in Skateboarding?

A big and long ollie over a dangerous hole on a roof.

What do you do when you’re not skateboarding?

Working for antiz (graphics/selling/marketing... everything that helps in running the company).

What do you like the most in the Vans shoes?

On one hand the company is made for skateboarders, on the other hand, the shoes are very comfortable and the sole is grabbing the griptape so much that it’s kind of funny...

What would be your life like without skateboarding?

Parachutism... another sport for sure. I’m actually thinking to go to learn parachuting.

What does really matter in life?

Life itself!! Life is the most important thing you get when you come to Earth, so you have to enjoy. Never be a slave, be forever free and take care of it... These days I’m more focused on my own pleasure, my own freedom, my own environnement, I still want to travel and see the world by myself and not at the TV or on the Internet, I want to be myself!
